Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fresh mobile app for ordering vegetables and fruits in Sidhi.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must be located in Sidhi to use our services
2. User Account
- You are responsible for protecting your account details (phone, password, address)
- Fresh is not liable for unauthorized use or any resulting losses
3. Orders
- All orders are subject to stock availability
- Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary due to natural differences
4. Minimum Order & Delivery Charges
- Minimum order value: ₹150
- Delivery fee: ₹20–₹40 (shown at checkout)
5. Delivery
- Delivery slots: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (same day or next morning)
- We attempt delivery twice
- If delivery fails, the order may be cancelled with refund (delivery fee deducted)
6. Payments & Pricing
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, cards, wallets, cash on delivery
- Prices may change; final amount is confirmed at checkout
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel within 30 minutes for a full refund
- No cancellations after 30 minutes
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days
8. Quality & Replacement
- Report damaged or spoiled items within 1 hour of delivery (with photo proof)
- We will either:
- Replace the item in the next delivery, or
- Provide a refund
9. User Conduct
- Do not misuse the app, place fake orders, or abuse customer support
10. Liability
- Fresh’s liability is limited to the order value only
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Indian laws
- Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh courts
12. Updates to Terms
- We may update these terms from time to time
- Continued use of the app means you accept the revised terms
